• Comparative market analysis
  We will provide you with a detailed current market analysis of your home and help you determine the most effective listing price for your property.

• Professional property photos
  Your properties will feature stunning photos taken with a professional Nikon D90 SLR camera.  A minimum of six pictures of your home will be provided.

• Place your home in the MLS
  We will prepare and submit your home listing into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  The MLS is used by all real estate agents to locate properties available for sale.  The MLS data is also fed to countless other websites that use this data to showcase homes for sale both locally and nationwide.  We will also submit a minimum of six high quality photos of your property that will appear on the MLS.

• Real estate yard sign
  A professionally installed Plato Team yard sign will be installed at your property for increased exposure. This sign will include direct contact phone numbers and a website link to allow buyers easy access to more detailed property information. We also include a property flyer box so people can quickly find more details on the property.

• Professionally produced color flyers
  Professionally produced full color property flyers will be provided to you highlighting the features of your property and several photographs along with contact information for those interested in acquiring more information or making an appointment to see your home.

• Property Profile Book
  We will compile information about your home and neighborhood and put together a “Property Profile Book” to be kept in the property to answer any questions prospective buyers may have.

• Just Listed postcards
  We will distribute “Just Listed” postcards, exposing your property to your neighbors who may share the information to friends and relatives whom they know may want to live in the area.

• Open house
  We will arrange open houses to be held when appropriate and as agreed to in advance with you.

• Exclusive use of electronic SUPRA lockboxes with access controls
  We exclusively use newer electronic SUPRA lockboxes to control and monitor access to listed properties.  Daily reporting of property showing activity including agent’s name and contact details along with date and time of entry is available.  

• Weekly reporting of property viewings, status and market conditions
  We can provide you with weekly reporting of property viewing activity, current listings status and area market conditions.  This information can be used to insure knowledge is available to help determine if the property is priced right for a quick sale.

  We utilize the services of full time office based transaction coordinators to ensure a smooth transaction for both you and the buyer.  We will keep you informed of all inspection, mortgage, title, escrow and other procedures necessary for a successful closing.
